Spent Christmas at a hotel in the mountains. Beautiful views from the balcony and the inside of the hotel was clean and tidy. The best aspect was the location, right in the heart of town, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. , the pool was heated and nice to swim in.
There were a lot of noisy children and local guests. They would play, scream, and run around the halls until late at night, making it challenging to sleep.

The hotel has a great central location with easy access to the main parking area and reception area. the view from the mountain view room balcony is stunning. the service is very friendly and staff members are accommodating. the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is satisfying and provides various options.
Some noise disturbance from other guests can occur during late hours.

We had a great stay! The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the nice mountain view from our balcony, and the helpful and friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities including a comfortable reception area and convenient parking. The location in the central area of the city made it easy to get around and explore.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The view from the balcony was nice, and the inside of the hotel was neat and clean. the location was also convenient as it was close to key attractions and amenities.
Children were running around, screaming, and knocking on doors until late at night.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the main parking area. The staff is friendly and the room service is top-notch. I loved the air conditioning and the terrace with its beautiful view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus too.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
